Whether you're new to the badge or a seasoned head supervisor, there's usually room on the rota.
Door Supervisors
Late-night venues, bars, hospitality. Steady weekend work and weekday cover available.
Event Security
Concerts, festivals, sporting fixtures and private functions across the West Midlands.
Mobile Patrol Officers
Vehicle patrols, key-holding, alarm response. Full UK driving licence required.
Corporate & Retail Officers
Front-of-house concierge security and retail loss prevention. Long-term placements.

We don't cut corners on vetting. If you tick these boxes, we'd like to hear from you. If you don't yet hold a valid SIA licence, get qualified first — then come back.
- ✓Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard licence (in date)
- ✓Right to work in the UK with proof of ID
- ✓Smart appearance and professional conduct on site
- ✓Reliable phone and willingness to confirm shifts in writing
- ✓Reachable for night and weekend shifts (most of our work)
- ✓First aid and ACT (Action Counters Terrorism) training preferred — we can support you in getting these

Document check
We verify your SIA licence on the public register and run standard right-to-work checks. We'll come back to you within 3–5 working days.
Quick interview
A short call or in-person meeting with the operations desk. Bring your badge, ID, and any relevant training certificates.
First booking
Once you're cleared we'll start offering you shifts that fit your availability. Show up sharp, do the work, and we'll keep them coming.
